Air clothes between wears before washing
If a garment is not stained or sweaty, airing it promptly can make a second wear practical. Follow the care label and use judgment for hygiene-sensitive items.
Use a simple test
Start with the garment's label and the conditions in which you will actually wear it. Check fit, movement, care needs, weather, and what is already in your wardrobe. Change one factor at a time so the result is clear.
Before you commit
- Read fiber and care labels.
- Try the garment with two pieces you own.
- Check comfort while walking and sitting.
- Estimate how often the item will be worn.
